When you report that the printer is jammed and I ask which printer it is, the wrong answer is "the one that was having trouble before".

i've always wanted to kill a printer out in a field on a sunny day and since we use Swingline staplers at work... i almost asked our receptionist to order me a red one to see if anyone notices....

true. but the one i was looking at is the same style as the ones we typically buy but instead of black and grey it was red and grey so it was oh so subtle a reference. *grin*
