I haven't posted in a while but I really could not let this one pass by; follows is an extract from an email unchanged, (from the switchboard operator). It's got to be the best one I have had in years! :
I have noticed today that I am unable to hear incoming calls. The Audible ringing tone has dropped to especially when cleaner is around with vaccum cleaner
