There's nothing quite like doing tech support from your kitchen table while trying to get a toddler (1.33) and a preschooler (3.5) breakfasted and ready to go to the babysitter and to preschool, with a user who is a grandmother and a volunteer, trying to get the cafe's point-of-sale terminals out of their coma so she can open up by 9am. Luckily the onsite guy showed up about the time where I was running out of options to do it remotely.
