If you can't tell me what version of the software you're using, you don't have the right to include the word "technical" in your title.

Ditto for the operating system.

And you think that the entire program just disappeared from the drive just because the desktop shortcut was deleted? Are you that lazy, or that stupid that you can't bother to check the hard drive?

It's terrifying. I work exclusively with schools. I'm so glad I'm not in school anymore.
