So we had a new phone system installed over the weekend, featuring 'automatic call distrubution', oh joy. Come Monday morning the system is not working at all for whatever reason, nobody can call into the building at all, let alone the support department. So the customers that are savy enough are emailing support@mycompany and we are all calling them back on varous cell phones. I'm looking forward to when all the cell phone batteries die. bwahahaha.

hehehe, i know how you feel. We are overworked, understaffed, undertrained and all stressed out beyond belief in my department. Think about trying prozac, it seriously helps. btw I support software written for newspapers, it's always a treat getting a call from a publisher freaking out because he can't get his paper out on deadline.
