OK, is it just my office, or are customers as a whole filled with extra stupid today?

I just had someone admit to me that he's trying to commit fraud in order to get out of paying customs duties, but then insisted that I magically find a way for him to insure the package for the full value.

...

WTF is wrong with people?!?!?!

And *then* he had the nerve to get pissy with me when I called him on the fraud! Some people... And the other calls have been just about as special.

If "today" means the second of jan, then that'd be a resounding YES!! We had more calls in the morning yesterday than i normally take all day, and there were *no* major issues, just stupidities
