Dear Idiot,
I'm not sure that I understand your question. Are you interested in Voice over IP or are you looking at installing a PBX? Both of these are possible with the [My ISP] T-1 service, though you will only receive QoS packet priority routing if you have [My ISP] VoIP service.
I can send your request over to a sales agent to look at the price on your T-1 circuit, and price out phone systems if that is what you wish.
