Why? Because the director was talking to my coworker asking how his day went. Then he realized that he was asking for information so then asked if he needed to submit a request ticket in. The answer was yes since data was needed. Can you tell our new system is really touching our customers? Now the director thought this was funny. And him being the smart ass that he is... came up with this new tracking form for his department. Gotta love a guy with a demented sense of humor.
