techrecovery(l)u: Hi. I put a CD in the drive of my computer and it exploded, damaging the drive. Is this covered by warranty?
me: no. no its not. exploding cds are not considered a manufacturing defect of the drive. buy another CDROM drive, and check the integrity of the cds you put in it next time.
