Maybe all these users think we'er sitting in a Star Trek command room, with active schematics that track every physical item on-site and gives us real time status updates. Either that or we're Kreskin with a magic wand shoved up our collective asses?

I support sites in the US and Canada and it never fails when they move something around or we send them a replacement, they always wannt to know if I can "see" their printer.
