After people download our trial software, we send automatic emails every week informing them of how many days are left in their trial. At the bottom of these emails is a link to unsubscribe to these reminders.

Last week, I got a reply to one of these emails (with the entire previous email - including said link) in my inbox saying, and I quote:

Now, I could have just clicked the link for them - I normally do. However, I couldn't be that merciful with this asshat. So I informed them that when they get the next reminder email that they can click the UNSUBSCRIBE link to remove themselves from the mailing. Their reply (a week later) today:

Sorry but were do you go after clicking on the link.can you explain us of do we do to never have email of you.but please don't send us only the link tell us what to do in the link after cliking on it. Thank you

Drag that icon of your email program to that icon that looks like a trash receptacle. You will never see another email from us again!

It clicks the link in the email or else it gets the hose again!
