This I just had to share with you guys. Just looked up this email incident moments ago:

"HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD TO YOUR SOFTWARE?
I am web-savvy & internet-literate AND I AM GET REAL FRUSTRATED WITH THIS SOFTWARE.
Please reply. Thank you."

I really don't think I need to say much else. Please add your own punchline. The best part is, our software doesn't use passwords.

bwa ha ha ha! Oh, how I feel your pain. We get that a lot. People will download the corporate version which obviously requires a password and the send us ranting emails because they don't understand there's a client version.

And once I get them to understand that - then they think the enterprise version is more powerful, or better and they want that one instead. Ugh. Fine. I'll let you pay twice as much for the same software that you'll never be able to figure out how to use.

I'm suddenly having the urge to post that as a standalone entry here.... but first I must fondle my new AK47 a bit.
