I'm only 1/2 hour into my shift...and my first call was:

1/2 hour.

I was hoping my Friday would go better, but so far it hasn't.

I reset a password for a customer, just back to the word "password." I had to repeat the word password, (and I counted it) 24 times.

The customer kept typing it in wrong, and just wasn't getting it.

I hope this day gets better, because that was the call I didn't want to start off my day. She wasted a 1/2 hour of my day.
