Tech: "I just need to confirm the location of the PC... you've written building 3 level 7 on the service request."
User: "Yes, that's right."
Tech: "...building 3 doesn't have a seventh floor."
User: "I have a copy of the request here. Building 3, level 7, that's right."
Tech: "I think I need to point out that it's not a seven storey building."
User: "Are you sure?"
Tech: "Well, I haven't been over there since last week. I suppose it's feasible they could have doubled the height of the building in that time."
User: "Oh, wait. It's building 7, level 3."
Tech: "Building 7?"
User: "That's right."
Tech: "When did they put offices in the parking building?"
