Calls today have gone from "Hi, this Payroll and our webforms are fucked and so no one is getting paid if we don't fix this" to "WHY CAN'T I GET MY MAIL EVEN THOUGH NO ONE ELSE ON CAMPUS CAN BECAUSE THE SERVER IS DEAD OMG."

Guess which one got bumped up.

The payroll fixed itself, by voodoo evidently, but we like it when it does that. :D
