.....buuuut I'm going back to tech support after being unemployed since April. At my old office even. (Unless I get an offer for the repair shop job that I wanted sometime betwen now and 459 tomorrow afternoon.) Sweet, sweet free time, I will miss you. Living on unemployment, not so much.
