I have been blessed this morning by some special emails... here's one:

Please let me know how I can remove your trial version from my computer.  Your software does not have UNINSTALL option.  I don't like it.  If you do not provide me with the means of removing YOUR software from my computer immediately, I will have to pursue legal options.

Months later in court...

I'd like to call Bill Gates to the stand...
Mr. Gates, please explain to the court how the Add/Remove Programs feature of Windows works.

I always strongly encourage our callers to pursue legal action if they want. Esspecially if they're calling us to dispute a ten dollar bill.

"Yes sir, I strongly suggest that you do seek legal council and you are well within your rights to sue us. I will gladly take a day of work to testify in court that you owe us ten dollars. I'm sure the legal fees will be well worth it."

I assume you know that "Add/Remove Programs" is just a central way to invoke the uninstall provided by/with the product, right?
