Our "parent" IT group is so ridiculously stupid. 95% of all service tickets are logged through them, either by a user calling them or via e-mail. The ones opened via e-mail typically include some reference of the system we support (in this example, we'll call it System A).

Ticket issue: System X data not pulling into System Y
Assigned to: System A workgroup
