I don't care if you are his coworker, his shift lead, his manager, the vice president of the region or the CEO. I don't actually work for your company, and your company security policy says that I can only reset the password for the owner of the ID.

I don't care if you have his employee number, you've already told me you are not he.

Is he there so I can talk to him? No? I can reset his password and email it to him. He doesn't have email? Sucks for him. Does he have an HVX number (voicemail) that I can leave it on? No? Well, have him call in when he gets a chance, as I am not resetting his password for you.

I work from home, which means that *all* of my calls are recorded. I could potentially be fired for resetting someone else's pw for you.

Now, if you want to pay me my salary with appropriate raises for the next oh, 35 years *and* provide health insurance for me, *and* let me have a 401K, *and* give me discounts on my current company's stock, *and* pay for my DSL, I *might* consider it.

But don't hold your breath.

Besides, I don't think you could afford me.
