Seriously, is it just me, or is there extra stupid in the water today? Today I've had more moronic customers than I've had the entire time I've been here, or at least it feels like it.

I never thought I'd have to explain in DETAIL what "Don't change the already filled out spaces" means. And it took me an HOUR! And I STILL don't understand how don't mess with prefilled stuff is such a hard concept, as it means he has to do even LESS work.

Sheesh.
