I love it when lusers provide little to no information!  Here's a nice series of email correspondence that will most like cause me to go bald by the end of the day:

Luser:  Help! Our software is not working! Thanks in advance! Betty in PA

Me: Hi, Betty! Thank you for contacting ____________ Technical Support. Please let us know which of our products and version you are using so we can better assist you. Also if you would provide us with a description of the issue that would be most helpful. Warm Regards, MB

Luser: Thanks for the prompt reply: I am using Windows XP professional.

Me:  *looses a bit more faith in humanity*
