Just picked one up from the console folks. They take the customer's info and create the ticket and send it to us. This is the entire problem description:

"need have a capability."

Wonder if spelling and grammar would count...

Reminds of the years old classic The Chronicles of George (http://chroniclesofgeorge.nanc.com).

A great read if you've never seen it before...though I'm guessing most techs know some of his quirks (like the word "havening") off by heart. :D

I work with people like him and it's all I can do not to strangle them. I'm getting a rep at work for being an asshole because I'm the one who gets the job of telling people why they're wrong and retraining them.

A thankless job. But then, I don't want the friendship of these morons, just their respect. And that I command, tenfold. ;]
