In a nutshell, his actual login account is an alias of the account he was trying to delete, so it's asking him to not delete himself.

In PVCS version 5.0, the toolkit used had a few standard routines for messages: error, warning, information. There was a bug where occasionally the wrong one would be used.

I got many calls from users confused about "Error: The Operation Completed Successfully."
