My favorite example of this is pilots. Most aircraft have no small amount of electronic avionics onboard these days. While they don't work the same as a standard PC, computers do have a striking number of similarities when it comes to their operation. Especially when it comes to pointing and clicking on things. Or even such simple things as "Ok, tell me what's on your screen. What is it doing?"
