I love(hate) the idiots that know enough terminology when they call that they think they know what they're talking about but in reality they don't know their computer from third base. I get those all the time at work, those are some of the worst calls ever.

my favorite is so many people that say foxfire instead of firefox...

oh, and I hate people that use incredimail. and I REALLLY hate whoever MAKES incredimail.

well there are known knowns, and then unknown knowns... the worst really are the unknown unknowns, which are marginally worse than those gosh darn known unknowns, which'll make it all a pickle to really figure out...

Oh, I got me one of those new fangled digdery doo palm pilot laptop thingies. It's a pentium athlon xp with 80 gigabit of ram. I even gave the NSA my macintosh address so they won't spy on my new sony toughbook!
