Oh my word... How can people be so bloody stupid?

Ok... I was taking my usual tech support call and was trying to get this woman to tell me what the problem was. It was like pulling teeth, I swear. The capper though was this:

ME: Ok, what page are you trying to go to?
Woman: Go to? I'm not trying to go anywhere. I'm trying to get on the internet!
ME: (Muted) Unngggghhhhh

I swear there should be a law authorizing customer euthanasia. It would help immensely.

My Internet connection isn't working! I can only get my email! Please help me get connected to the Internet! Email me back!

Mail from: customer@ourisp.net
I can't send out any email, please email me back with a reason why.

It's so cute when they answer their own questions without realizing it.
