So tonight, I have a guest call me needing assistance with his laptop not connecting to the WLAN.
I start talking to him (noticing that there is a bit of an echo going on..) and then I hear a toilet flush.. (WTF!)
I ask the luser what his laptop is doing and he tells me that it is in the room and he cannot see it right now.

OK, so what the hell comes over you to think about calling for tech support while you're taking a dump and the computer is no where near you? Can someone PLEASE tell me where that could possibly come from. I understand that the room is your home away from home but DAMN!

Two options:

1) User thought they could relieve themself while on hold.

2) User simply could not hold it in anymore and just "had to go".

Either way I think User needs a slap.
