Actually, he wanted to know if a specific security issue with free-time lookup had been resolved. Can't really figure out how it relates to that problem description at all.

I used to get work orders that say "No email". I'd get out there, and it's be working, but their A/V was expired, they had a metric fuckton of spyware, and they'd be using the wrong email program, dispite me removing the wrong one from general access three visits prior.
