Me: I'm sorry I'm not able to find your info. What seems to be the problem?

Caller: I need my lock code.

Me: Your lock code? Do you mean your pin to access the secure portion of our site?

Caller: No, my pin for my phone. I locked my cell phone and I don't know how to unlock it.

Me: I'm sorry sir, I belive you have the wrong number. This is the University of **blah,blah** internet technical support.

Caller: Well I have the internet on my phone.

Me: I'm sorry sir but I cannot help you.

Caller: OK thanks
