Hmm, sounds kinda like the ticket I got "Need projector in meeting room (x) at this date and time."

::blink blink::

WHAT DATE AND TIME????

Sounds like another one to be forwarded to the manager of the original sender, with an attachment saying "Please find out what this person wants."

Why do some lusers think that "detailed description" means "vague nonsensical rambling"?

Gods yes.

fully 80% of the tickets I got were "no email". that was IT for the description of the problem.

I almost always had to call these morons back to find out what the hell was wrong, and half the time it was the dialup which was a totally seperate thing.

*pulls out translator*

Does he mean that he screwed up a word document, and wants you to wave a magic wand and undo all changes made since that date?
