Anyone who does not understand the difference between an email and a newsgroup posting ... and doesn't grasp the concept of cut and paste.. should NOT be attending an ONLINE university.

Heh! When I used to work for a web hosting company I used to get calls from the supposed Webmaster or Administrator of the account who didn't know what FTP was, how to do it, or anything. They also wanted help with designing their website.

Hmm, now that I think about it, perhaps that's why we received so many calls that started out with, "I'm the new web administrator. The old one got fired and I need to know..."
