While we understand that it's frustrating as all hell itself when your POS computer is broken and does not want to work, filling out 5+ duplicate work orders is UNLIKELY to curry favor with the already overstressed IT staff.

I was on the other end of it today - I submitted three or four support tickets (different ones) and the system gakked and copied each one three times, so I have 12 ticket numbers now instead of 4.

POS as in Piece Of $Stuff$ or Point Of Sale?
The latter may have more serious complications, therefore %luser% may have just hit the submit button a couple times.. like the porn sign up credit card and insurance online payments. Meh, I'll still pour you a line of shots if ya like.
