Don't get me wrong, most of my users are pretty nice. Most of my users know to follow procedures, and to p[ut up with the mickey mouse pile of dogshit PC that's been around since Clinton was president.
But calling me up without a open work order and giving me hell about a system is *NOT ACCEPTABLE*. I'm under enough stress already, as I've explain in wild hysteric to your boss. And while I understand your frustrations with working with 10 year old equipment that should have been dumped during Bush's first term, Yelling at me about it won't get you a new system much faster.
THis is also the reason why my phone is going on DO NOT DISTURB the rest of the week, and If I don't go down to tucson this weekend, I may spend some quality time in the office getting shit ready to go as far as getting some of the replacement proijects out the door. I already have to see if I can stuff a second prep in my schedule this afternoon or some shit.
