I have a customer installing our "goofus product." I often refer to this as "a block on concrete with a plug," because it just doesn't get easier than this.

To install: Click on the link I email you. Type in your email when it prompts. Watch for any popup instructions, follow them.

Period.

So, after explaining how to copy & paste the URL, we got the install running. After about 10 minutes of "What's it doing?" "It says 'installing'" I hear "Oh. It's got a popup. It says to click to install this componant." "Did you click it?" "Uh. No."

*pencileye, repeat vigorously*

"Click it please. Please follow all popup instructions."
