He doesn't even sound like he's particularly qualified to do it (get his MCSE so he can leave his job). People like him are the reason that techs get a bad rap. Now if these were people calling up asking for their fifth password reset in a month, or installing tons of spyware on their boxes, or surfing porn from their desks, I wouldn't mind so much :).
Oh, and I'd like to think most of us have more social skills in our little fingers than he seems to have mustered in all of these clips put together. Some of us have actually managed to reproduce :).
