just got a call from a customer, her monitor was fried, had a ticket placed for a new monitor. OK, cool. She got the new monitor, the HW tech came out, hooked it up, is getting "input 1 no signal." Tried the input selector. "input 2 no signal." Tech checked all the cords, everything looked good, "I can't figure it out, call the helpdesk."
Customer calls and relates this to me.
Problem?
Computer wasn't turned on.
