No, you cannot not delete your primary account or else we would also have to delete your sub-accounts, release them, then re-add them. I do understand the system and you. I'm not talking a different language.

If we did delete your primary account, all your sub accounts would have to go along with your email and settings.

Why do you want to do this? Because of spam that's why! Sure, removing all your accounts and re-adding them would involve making the account with spam as a secondary account receiving spam. You would still have that account, and thus it would not take care of the spam.
