And to top it off, the queue phone is ringing and my co-workers aren't in yet.

Common story today. The queue I am in has long calls, but never more than 2 or 3 holding at a time. This morning there were 14. There are still 8 and we can't seem to knock it below that number. All but one person are here.

well. mostly the question is not how many of them are HERE. more, how many of them are
"ACD-Online" ;) i sometimes find some co-workers beeing HERE but not available ;)
