techrecoveryA user called to place a hardware call as he could not eject the floppy disk from the drive ...
This is the response we got from the attending technician.
"The reason that a floppy could not be ejected form the floppy drive is because there was not one in there in the first place.tested FDD & it worked perfectly. User cannot remember what he has done with floppy disk."

Sometimes it was fun being a consultant back then.
