When individuals or companies are having problems ENTIRELY unrelated to us, yet they CC us in on all their internal communications.

Guys, please. Our domain gets enough fricking spam. My inbox is also constantly filling up with e-mail alerts (hurrah for pro-active network monitoring). I have enough crap to read without being told that a box we do not host, do DNS for or even have an IP we have assigned to you is not responding.

If you think you have a problem that is caused by us, be courteous and e-mail us directly. Don't force us to deduce from the context of your e-mail to some guy six floors away in your building what the issue is and what steps you would like us to take to resolve the matter.

Grah.

Edited for clarity, extra bitterness.

In our box we have to create an incident ticket for every email that is sent to us... THAT stinks when people keep hitting REPLY TO ALL while conversing with someone off of our desk.
