Have you noticed that AOL is some people's "speed"?

It's catered to their education level.

"I need those funny little icons to tell me what to do! I'm too retarded to read."

The reason I prompt this short little tidbit is because it took 1/2 to set this man up with email. Half an hour!

I'm hoping though, with some luck...my resume will save me from this job soon. I'm in the market.

1/2 isn't so bad. I do tech support for a university and we have to support elderly retired faculty and alumni. I once had a *password* change that took over an hour.
