Talking to an elderly russian woman. No problems aside from the slight language barrier. The last few techs really screwed this poor lady over, and I've been cleaning it up. 43 minutes so far, but she's competent enough.

I just really... REALLY have to fight the urge to say "Ay'm sorry Ma'am. Yur problems are beink caused by tat horrible Moose and Squirrel!"
