techrecoveryI created a trouble ticket for a reseller today. I started reading the 6 digits out to them, after three they started trying to input them back into the phone pad. I started giving them the number (after a brief explanation of why I was giving them a number) again and they started re-entering the number into the phone pad. Over and over about 5 times.
