LOL...I thought you were talking about programming stuff for a second there....the difference between .NET and COM ... and thought your callers had some major problems if they were asking you about that!

Not that not understanding the difference between .net and .com isn't bad enough....

yeah, eyiuh tried sendin' thuh president uh email, and so i went to that dubya dubya dubya dot whitehouse dot com. Now I get all sorts of email from him. He wasn't as religious as I thought.

I need the .com files? But I deleted all of them because I thought those were the files Compaq uses to spy on me!

(I know this call happened many times because I used to talk to the Compaq techs on break. At Dell, we got this same call, only it was all their .dll files they would have deleted--being "Dell spy files" and all...)
