I'm pretty sure we got asshat reps that do that too. I hear stories of it happening from customers maybe once a week. Doesn't work as well, because my client only hires bi-lingual Spanish speakers, so they politely in English send them back to the regular department.

It's tempting....

I used to do jobs for a law firm by the name of S**, C****, and M*********************** (names and name lengths obfuscated, after all, they are lawyers!)

Naturally, they were abbreviated in my log and Quickbooks as SCAM!

I could never do that to clients. Every one of them would end up being named Crack Head and then how would I be able to differentiate amongst them?
