Me: Afternoon, IT.
Consultant: Hi it's Idiot Stuck up Londoner. You know the exchange settings thing that sometimes comes up when you open outlook.
Me: Yea
Consultant: It's come up and I don't know the mail server or mailbox.
Me: Easy enough. It's (blah and blah)
Consultant: Thanks. Bye

Me: Afternoon IT.
Consultant: Hi it's me again. It's saying it can't find the name.
Me:Okay retype in the exchange server name. It's (blah)
Consultant: No still giving the error.
Me: Okay gimme the user's password and I'll have a look.
Consultant: Okay it's blah.
Me: Okay can you log out of the citrix account.
Consultant: It's not logged into Citrix.
Me: That's why it isn't working. Log into Citrix and you should be okay.
