I cannot understand people who don't know what a hypen or semi-colon is. I swear I learned those things in 2nd grade.

I think the last time a customer actually referred to a colon as a colon and not 'thingy', 'double-dot', 'semicolon' or just plain missing it out, I marked it on my calendar.

And the last time a customer knew where to find the apostrophe, well, that's just lost in the mists of time.
