Has anybody ever read The Complete and Utter Idiot's Guide to Making a Baloney sandwich?

I think I just spoke to that guy.

This is an edited portion of the worklog for this case…

E-mailed user the [name of the shortcut link].
User was unable to cut-and-paste link
Had user create a new Shortcut - read him the filename - user got error "Cannot connect" (was typing it in wrong)
Got permission from [supervisor] to use NetMeeting.
User did not know how to accept a call.
Had user connect to me.
Via NetMeeting, showed user how to copy-and-paste link - created [shortcut]

Someday, Bill Gates will heed my constant and restraining order-incurring demands for a NetMeeting program that links directly into the user's brain.

User: WHY DO I KEEP SLAPPING MYSELF IN THE FACE!!??
Me: Sorry sir, that's a bug. It should be fixed with the next release of TetMeeting.

That is the first time I caught the sandwich guide. I'm giggling at my desk with a better understanding of why Aurthur Dent was such a respected sandwichmaker.
