Them - "I'm having trouble accessing someone's calendar and I should have access"
Me - "Ok any chance you can have them check their user proxy settings? You may have dropped off somehow. The first thing to check is if you're even still on the allowed list"
Them - "No I can't have them do that"
Me - "Why not?"
Them - "Because I can't but I really need access to their calendar and I used to be able to get to it what can I do?"
Them - "I'm trying to create a delivery for an item but SAP tells me I have nothing in stock"
Me - "*looks up item* That's because in the system you have zero of that item, there is nothing in stock as far as the system knows"

Them - "Yeah ok then I go here and then there and then here and . . . Am I doing this right?"
Me - "Yeah I think so" *clueless as to what they're doing*
Them - "Hey it worked! You were a great help!"
