Nor do I care if "it worked fine yesterday".  Yesterday, I was deep in the bliss of City of Heroes, fantasizing that it was your face on the bodies of the villians I was thrashing.  Welcome to today, where you can't connect, and I have to deal with people like you, who have a lower IQ than the average cabbage, and whine incessantly to the point that my teeth are cracking because I'm gritting them together so hard.  People like you make the guests on Jerry Springer look like the f**kin' MENSA intelligentsia elite!

The only sound I want to hear right now is the pump action of a shotgun.  I don't care if it's aimed at your head or my head, because either way, I'd know my torment is at an end.

Where's my antacids...and the single malt scotch I need to wash them down with...

One of the single most frustrating types of users is NOT the one that is ignorant and needs to be baby-walked through stuff, it's the one who will.not.listen. to your instructions. I mean, if you don't WANT my assistance, why call?

Those are almost as annoying as the lusers who think they know what they need to do, and will get ahead of you when you are giving them instructions, making it necessary to go back and start all over again.

Hey, as long as they follow you when you baby walk them through it, I'm happy with ignorant users. Nothing wrong with them not knowing stuff, cause otherwise I wouldn't have a job - it's that other group you mention that make me not want the job :P
